Chris graduated from the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland with an MSc in Physiotherapy. He also holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Limerick. He is a Chartered Physiotherapist and is a current member of the ISCP. He is also registered with CORU.
Whilst at University Chris completed student placements in the Elizabeth National Spinal Cord Injuries Unit in Glasgow and the Santry Sports Clinic in Santry. Since graduating Chris has worked in private practice in both Scotland and England before joining Corinne Evans Physiotherapy in December 2018. He has experience of working in elite sport and with elite athletes as he spent eight months as a Sports Science Assistant at the West Coast Eagles AFL team in 2010. He was also the Head Physiotherapist for Dumbarton Football Club in the Scottish Championship for the 2014/2015 season.
Chris has continued to progress his knowledge base since finishing University by doing further training in Dry needling and Pilates. He has a keen interest in sports injuries and in particular those that affect the shoulder and knee.
Outside of work Chris enjoys running, going to the gym, going for coffee, travelling and he is a member of the Na Gaeil senior football team.
